Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This policy reflects how this website actually works today. It is written in plain English rather than copied from a generic template, and it will be updated whenever the site's technical setup changes - for example if analytics, cookies or a contact-form processor are added. As with any legal document, it is worth a qualified solicitor's review before relying on it for a dispute, but it is not placeholder text.

Who we are

This website is operated by Content Kings Media Ltd (company number NI663484), registered in Northern Ireland and based in Portstewart, Northern Ireland. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Content Kings Media Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Contact: Admin@ContentKings.ie.

What data we collect, and why

As this website is currently built, we do not run analytics, do not set tracking or advertising cookies, and do not operate a server-side contact-form processor that stores submissions in a database. The only way to contact us through the site is a direct email link to Admin@ContentKings.ie.

If you email us, we process whatever personal data you choose to include (your name, email address, and anything else in your message) for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us, and, where the enquiry concerns a potential service engagement, taking steps towards a contract at your request.

If this website later adds analytics, a server-side enquiry form, or other tools that collect personal data, this section will be updated to describe exactly what's collected, why, and - where the law requires it - we will ask for your consent first (for example, for any non-essential cookies; see the Cookie Policy).

Hosting and technical data

This site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare may process standard technical data (such as IP address and request logs) as part of delivering and securing the site, and may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance purposes. This processing happens regardless of whether you contact us directly, and does not involve any data we use for marketing or tracking.

How long we keep data

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up, and are deleted or archived once that's no longer needed - in practice, typically no longer than a few years for anything that might relate to an ongoing or prospective client relationship.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email Admin@ContentKings.ie. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page whenever what the site actually does changes, and update the "last updated" date above accordingly.
